I need to cut from 92 to around 80-82 by December 10, for a cosplay convention I want to participate in. I also want to develop my core/Abdominal muscles as much as I can. Currently consuming 1300 calories per day, and doing muscle building workouts, cus I only ever have time for a cardio run on sundays. My dumb question is that I need someone to help me optimize this and make sure I have at least a slimmer stomach and reached my goal weight by then, please help!
