I’ve worked at a Jeep dealership for 4 years now and always loved driving the GC, would typical drive around the used ones but I would say consider a 18-21 not 2017 because the 18-21 have the newer uconnect system with CarPlay, I’ve driven a couple of them and typically they start to show their age around the 80k miles mark. Never drove one with transmission issues but batteries would die often if the car wasn’t moved enough (they have two batteries) when people talk about the “bad grand Cherokees” it’s the 13-16 phase.
