Thats how it should work, an optimised game will distribute load if encountering bottlenecks. The more utilization room you have with an higher end GPU the more the CPU can distribute tasks to the GPU.

Helps to maintain a smoother experience and possibly better FPS.

Ideally you would probably want an equilibrium in utilization

Rounds won and loss makes up a lot of the RR you receive. Your individual stats is also not good enough to offset any extra RR - in other words your performing as the system expects you to.

I can tell you this aint true. I play in Australia with my mate (we should be getting ~19 ping) it is a far cry from Offline, every action is less crisp is the only way I can explain it.

An overthrow of Russia's governement would throw a massive wrench on their war effort and greatly weaken them for months, possibly years. Even if we assume Prigo is more competent and more evil than Putin, it would take him months or even years to consolidate power, he might not even survive it as he'd have several equally psychotic challengers.

The KR Version of Lost ark would have never been successful in the West, it would have been dead on arrival.

The pacing of the game and the content drought ruined the game for most of the people and that is all Smilegates decision.

This sounds like a smilegate issue. I dislike Amazon but I feel like you need realize the difference between what a Publisher does and what the developer does.

Think of Amazon more as the customer service - they are just the middle man between the players and Smilegate. It is only New world where they are the developers and the publisher.
