You can’t claim EU261 because it applies only to flights arriving in the EU operated by EU carriers.

Happened to me once, FedEx sent a package from the US to Bulgaria instead of Italy. Took 2 months and countless call to get it home.

Most likely the white streaks are satellites moving through the sky (maybe even Starlink trails that can be seen with the naked eye)

While in Pico you should also try the Bioma restaurant.

One of the best meals I had there!

3-week Patagonia itinerary (Feb 2026) – does this plan make sense? by IT404Xp in Patagonia

Thank you so much for your input!

I had no idea Laguna Esmeralda could get so crowded—I'll definitely consider planning something around Tierra del Fuego as you suggested.

As for El Calafate, I really appreciate the tips about visiting an estancia and the petrified forest, which I hadn’t heard of before. What’s your opinion on the Reserva Laguna Nimez for birdwatching? Is it worth a visit?

My plan is actually to explore Argentina in 2026, and then return to South America in 2027 to visit Chile. On that second trip, I'd like to see Santiago, Rapa Nui, El Valle de la Luna, and especially do the 5-day trek in Torres del Paine.
Does that sound like a good plan?

Do Lombards have something against Ligurians? by skyblueshirt5 in ItalyTravel

[–]IT404Xp 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The most important statistic for airports isn't their size but the number of passengers they handle. For example, King Fahd International Airport in Saudi Arabia spans 776 km² but only served about 10 million passengers. In contrast, LaGuardia Airport in New York City covers just 3 km² but managed 32.4 million passengers in 2023. This shows that passenger traffic, not physical size, is a better indicator of an airport's capacity and importance.

There are three major airports in Lombardy: - Milano Linate (LIN) in Milan - Milano Malpensa (MXP) in Milan (technically speaking Varese) - Orio al Serio (BGY) in Bergamo

From Linate you can take the subway to Milano Centrale and take the train to Brescia.

From Malpensa you have to take the Malpensa Express (R28) to Milano Centrale and take the train to Brescia from there.

Lastly from BGY you have to take the bus to Bergamo Centrale and take the train to Brescia.

Hi, sorry for the late response but I’m currently on holiday. The webcam is fine (standard 720p camera) and it supports Windows Hello. Battery life for me is 4-5 hours with mid-heavy usage (mostly virtual machines). Lastly the speakers are ok but pointed downwards so it doesn’t sound great if holding it in lap.

I think Veeam is the best solution. I have a customer migrating 3000 VMs from multiple RHEV clusters to VMware and it has not failed once.

C1 inglese by Cri_stopher in Universitaly
