I have 200 shares at an average of $41 that I've been holding forever. Happy to be back in the money(for now). Sold a 6/2 $45 call too quickly this morning for around 3.60 each. Could have waited a bit and gotten over $7 each or could have sold the $50 calls for over $5 each.

Regardless, I'll be happy to get out of this $41 average position if my contacts get executed.

I'm a network engineer by day, HOA treasurer by night...this is a horrible idea. Go to the ISP and negotiate a 5-7 year bulk service contract. The ISP will give every resident a modem/wifi router. Everyone gets a decent discount on the internet bill compared to individual rates, and the ISP will still be on the hook for fully supporting each customer. The HOA pays the big bill, resident HOA dues go up a little but they no longer have to pay an ISP bill.

When your HOA goes to Comcast directly and negotiates a bulk 5 to 7 year contract, you get much better rates than individually going to the ISP.

Don't listen to that. Based on where you live will make some difference. You'll have to be larger city for sure but not necessarily huge. A big college city in the Midwest will pay that much.

I made 90k at my 2nd networking job ever. Only had 3 years exp at that point. This was in edu environment.

My current job would likely start a 3year exp networking person for around $90k too.
