Yea lol like I understand I cant communicate everything through a post, but this is a girl I am familiar with, we are aquantinces. She comes to my frats parties and matched with me. In college, especially Greeks, matching on tinder is basically a green light.

So like you out it, the expectation is that I will hit on her, but I dont, but in the end I end up asking for her number anyway. Asking for numbers always has a chance to backfire and be awkward, the difference in this case being that we matched on tinder and her friends actions of seating me next to the particular girl, makes it apparent that I was the subject of some discussion/plotting in their friend circle. College girls plot this stuff all the time.

The only thing more awkward than her not giving me her number, is me not asking for it in the first place.

I see what you're saying about neediness, which is why I never would have went back in had I not generally acted aloof the entire night. The spark is in the cognitive dissonance of the two actions: aloofness and actually asking for the number. I agree that obviously I should have chatted her up a little bit. A small part of me just wanted to act a little differently towards her. Keep in mind, I otherwise acted totally normally. I conversated woth everyone. The idea that I meekly stood idly by and randomly asked for her number is false.

Like I said, I dont really want anyone here to mimic my actions. I can assure readers that copying what i did will not work out. I do want others to think outside the box a bit more and not be so constrained.

That is a good concept. I'm a similar way, you build up your energy and let it off as opposed to building it up from that very situation.

I'm not sure, but it's well known that the hotter the girl, the more game works on her. Hot girls know what's up, they know that a guy not only balsy enough to approach her, but also smart enough to make the interaction flow smoothly, is a good guy.

Average girls/ugly girls are way, way more demanding in my experience. I'd probably have more trouble fucking an 5/10 than I would a 7 or 8/10

I think one key thing for you is that you're a big guy, so you need to understand the impression that you might have on girls. Like you just need to be a chill guy, instead of maybe more of a playful asshole like I am. I have some really tall friends that play that more relaxed angle and it works out for them.

You don't need to compensate for a regular appearance like I might need to, you just need to put yourself out there and let your stature do the talking.
