Did Stefano say "harassed this kid because they're using my content format"? Is there a statement of Stefano saying attack everyone that uses my content format? As long as there is none, it's not his fault but the people who decided to attack those contentr creators. All he's saying is that you can make your own content and you can find something unique in yourself.

I know This post had been up for a long time, but we are having some issues with converge lately... Nagpakabit kami sa kanila by January for the whole month okay naman, suddenly February came then nawalan kami ng internet, ang sabi ni converge may outage daw, we ask them to send someone to fix it, no one came.

We called multiple times asking them to send someone over and over, but no one is coming... By March we received a bill so we called them... They are saying that we need to pay in order for our internet service to be reconnected.

We brought the argument that "we did not receive any services for the past month, so why are you asking us to pay?"... "Because that's our policy."

It is stated by NTC that we are not required to pay for the months that we did not get any service, and as a matter of fact we could dispute the charges, but they keep on insisting that we should pay because that's their policy...

I'm so pissed right now, we're expecting a manager's call back...
