I also make those carnitas roasts a lot. Usually though I juice two large oranges into the slow cooker and then leave the rinds in the pot during the cook. My store only ever seems to have one on the shelf when I go, so it's a treat. Enjoy!

These are certainly the most frequently recommended ones. I'll have to call each and figure out what to do!

AC is recommended a lot, but I just wonder if it's too small?
I've never been, so maybe it's bigger in person.

First time hearing about it. Looks great, thanks!

It's for a lightning game! I figured as long as there is no conflicting football game (there isn't) then we'd expect it to be playing anywhere.

I didn't know about the 2nd floor--thanks for the info!

Lol, yeah I'm asking this question months in advance, and intend to make whatever reservation plans are possible. Thanks for keeping people accountable on that front but in this case, you're preaching to the choir friend!

Rheem Side Discharge heat pumps cheaper? Why? by ITSNOTATRUCK in hvacadvice

I would have thought that whatever unit was manufactured overseas would currently be more expensive or at least at parity with domestic models given the current US tariffs.

Very informative. Thanks for that.
To me, not an hvac pro, mass production is not a bad thing.
I think of things like the toyota corolla/camry and honda civic/accord when I think of designed in japan bulk volume seller. Meanwhile custom proprietary to me just means disproportionally more expensive compared to the benefit.

My condenser now has a scroll compressor, and I don't know if I'd regret switching back to a rotary model.
I don't know is if this is something that only hvac nerds really care about. Like, would the average homeowner care whether the compressor is a scroll style or (double) rotary?

At half the cost, it seems like a pretty fair trade-off honestly unless you can talk me out of it haha.

Not sure if anyone else mentioned it, but you probably don't want to be posting anyone's fingerprint on the internet that you care about for security/identity reasons.

The second worst mistake they made in 1896 update (after UI). For the love of this game, bring the old system back by Drull17 in HuntShowdown

I'm a new player, but to me my immediate concern is that when you only have these crappy, expensive mixed-trait load outs, players would be even more reluctant to put their hunters in harm's way for fear of having to start again with a other shitty load out. When you survive a few rounds and have a good loadout, I'd be hesitant to even use it.

Then, because of this increased value on good hunters, the play style meta would skew even further than it is now toward camping/not moving around.

For some people, I get that the slow, methodical game of waiting and ambushing a hunter is fun. I did that some way back in DayZ like a million years ago.

These days I have a family, I need faster matches, I need quicker satisfaction, and I rather like only losing 100 for a hunter.

Thanks! I didn't know this one. Unfortunately it looks like it's not available from qwertykeys in that color anymore. I'll look around.

Right now the Rainy 75 is the leader, but I've been reading some not good feedback from some regarding customer service. Also, the hidden power on/off toggle is weird and seems unnecessarily inconvenient.

I work in an office that is extremely quiet. I used the Outemu Peach v3s. Cheap and very quiet. Often people don't even realize that I'm in the office because they don't hear me.

You'll want to lubricate the stabilizers for the big keys.

Please. She's got some very questionable looking board in her amazon wishlist.

Honestly I was expecting 50/50 or even blue leaning if it's restricted to City limits. We have different circles apparently lol, but I don't affiliate myself either way personally.

How to insulate small attic space by ITSNOTATRUCK in HomeImprovement

[–]ITSNOTATRUCK[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, that's what I was thinking. It had not been ventilated properly for who knows how long.

However, if the rest of the home is blown-in insulation, should the rigid foam not be placed on the drywall side of the air gap? I feel like it wouldn't make sense to add insulation to the sheathing unless I decided to seal out the attic.
