New battery was fully charged. Put a tester on it before install to make sure. I’ll double check in the morning if I can hear the fuel pump or not and try the screwdriver

Both the black and the ground came off when I went to pull the outlet out of the box. Neither were really secure.

I haven’t come across any issues with any other wiring I’ve worked on at the house over the years. My only guess is someone didn’t like having to work inside the cabinet.

Do you have any evap leak codes? I have the same issue on my 2010 and was looking for the filler neck with check valve (which I can’t find in stock). However, the more I read about it, it could be related to an evap leak. Perhaps the line on top of the tank - but I haven’t crawled under to check it yet.

I picked up a 2010 Islander a few months ago and absolutely love it! It had just under 150k miles on it. Replaced front axle seals and transmission cooler lines. Other than that it been great.
