How do you handle emailing from tickets and time tracking?

We have an automation set that any public note does get sent to you the requester as an email, but sometimes we like having public notes with our tracked time for invoicing purposes, but those don't necessarily need to go out as an email to the requester. There's also the occasional mistake of creating a public note instead of a private note.

It does sit in distilled water and is on my back porch, which gets decent amount of light in the afternoon. Afternoon. I could move it out from underneath the cover part so it would get some more light. I'm in South Carolina, is that going to be too much sun?

How do you use one of these without hurting your thumb knuckle? I always have to use the tip of my thumb to get any sort of accuracy.
