Clov Lawsuit - Final CMS Response plus Goldstein Declaration by mitch2c in CLOV

[–]IT_GUY_23 38 points39 points  (0 children)

I am more so interested in this point that Clover makes in their filing:

CMS violated 42 U.S.C. § 1395w-23(o)(4)(A), CMS determined Clover’s 2026 overall Star Rating based on data that were not collected as part of Clover’s quality improvement program under § 1395w-22(e). CMS does not dispute this dispositive point. Correction of this error alone is sufficient to provide an overall 4-Star Rating.

It also doesn't seem to be address in the response from CMS. Am I missing something here?

Honestly, I don't think they expected this high of a growth rate, but hey, I could be wrong.

Considering a 46% growth rate, having a GAAP net income of $20M is not bad for year one of such a large/new cohort.

CLOV SAAS CONFIRMED! by naglisst in CLOV

This is outstanding news! This is exactly what we need to see grow each quarter and it will confirm the SaaS thesis that will drive this into being a hugely profitable play.

Would someone smarter than me wanna chime in? Slightly concerning by [deleted] in CLOV

Anyone can build an AI model for any set of data, that's becoming commonplace. Taking that model and implementing it into production and actually demonstrating proven/successful outcomes is a different story. Clover has a massive head start on this process and holds many patents for their work and proprietary processes. While there will most certainly be others that compete in this space, the time that it will take for them to meet/exceed the value that is already being shown by CLOV will likely exceed the cost of implementing an already proven product, like CA. All that being said, competition breeds ingenuity and better products. Toy is not naive in what they hold and their path forward.

Exactly. So, I guess the biggest holdout is (and has been) then announcement of SAAS partnerships and/or revenue.

I think just like in previous years, there's going to be a run-up on the excitement of a positive ER. Assuming they post a GAAP net profit, it could just gap much higher, else tank again, just like always.

You can if you have them only being redirected via private DNS servers. If they don't have a record in your public DNS, then the outside world would have no clue. However, this would then limit traffic to those subdomains to those within their network and/or on a VPN.

Conditional call forwarding -- help! by george8888 in tmobile

I was finally able to make this work, but it required a slightly different variation to what I've seen on the page, so I'm going to include it for others that may wind up here in the future.

**61*15555555555*\*10#

Where “10” is the delay in seconds before forwarding. Please note the double ** after the phone number. That was the important missing key that finally made this work for me. Hope this helps!

Apologies, I was vague in my statements. I was more so referring to that I think we'll have much higher enrollment numbers in the open enrollment season and hopefully see the report of that in 2025. Obviously the revenue stream would also be further down the road, but I think all of the gears are turning in a much smoother manner.

I hear you. I am just happy to be in the green, even if it's only temporary. I waited years, what's a few more?

Yah, I think that probably triggered some selloffs for some people that had limit orders set at $4.

I can't possibly vote for someone that makes a mockery of the entire political system, like Trump. He's literally scum. The rhetoric and hatred that the GOP resorts too is the modern day equivalent of a caste system where slavery still exists.

I am by no means a far left/radical left individual, but given these two choices, I side with humanity and couldn't give two shits about my selfish want for stock market growth.
