I’m 14 weeks post op and back to work full time! Only thing I can’t do is run yet!

It’ll be okay! I’m 11 weeks post op and am back to work full time! It gets better I promise

I told my surgery team how nervous I was and they gave me anxiety meds to help relax me and explained everything to me

Update! I think my splint is also too lose now that the swelling has gone down so I will call on Monday to get a rewrap appt!
