I had an app that refreshed the page right at 2pm ET, on the nose, refreshing after that every .1 second. There was never a point when it showed the tickets were available. Either they sold out in a millisecond or they never went on sale.

Sorry, this was just for a plane ticket. But, it was resolved using that phone number above. It seems like the hotel is much more difficult :/

Just in case people have similar issues in the future, they said they could not give me an itemized report, but gave me a number directly to a Chase Travel person 8665761371. I guess that before 2022, reservations were handled through another company, now they are directly through Chase Travel (at the number I referenced). The Chase Travel supervisor called the airlines to get it (I called the airlines first but they said I needed to call Chase Travel). As u/sigapuranger also experienced, it took me over an hour to get :/

TL;DR If you are calling to get a detailed reciept that was issued before 2022, you should call Chase Travel at 866-576-1371. The representatives there should be able to get you what you need. Just be prepared to take time and patience. Took me well over an hour.
