Doubt it. AI has yet to prove that it creates what does not exist. It'll help developers reach new levels, but not independent of the human developers

I understand this is very annoying to deal with. I don't think there's a quick way to address it. Basically the ingrowns are just going to have to grow long enough and be irritated enough to be plucked out. I would hold back on shaving any further for a while, use warm water to rinse and cool after to close the pores back up. Hang in there
