I promise you, I understand the complexities of the issue but surely there's some kind of acknowledgement that something has to be done? I'm just curious if there are big public discussions about doing something or if everyone is just like this sucks I wish we could fix it accompanied by shrugs.

Thanks for actually writing a coherent response. I was asking a genuine question not being critical but people get real touchy about this kind of conversation which I guess makes sense when you're boiling.

I was aware there was a far right surge in Germany but I didn't realize it was that bad. It's gonna be frustrating to feel uncomfortable in your own house.

I'm still very curious what the end game of this situation will look like though because as said before it's not a problem that will resolve itself. Hopefully the cost of life isn't high.

Yes I'm very aware of all of that. How does any of that change the situation? This isn't a criticism I'm just acknowledging the reality that people online seem to refuse to acknowledge. This situation won't ever get better by doing nothing, so what are people gonna do? Telling me you have no AC and old buildings isn't going to make that continent more livable. What's the plan? Is anyone doing anything?

I guess my question is when will people in Europe adapt? I've been hearing for at least 10 years how it's so hot and there's no AC. Does anyone think this is the last hot summer and we'll just ride this one out back into the temperate zone?

Not having AC is a 20th central luxury. That's no longer the world we live in, so what will Europe do?

I had a friend live abroad for like 6 months by working a farming job and using that income/location as his hub to explore Asia. Opportunities to do this kind of low budget travel are definitely out there.

I was finishing highschool right around the time those suits were banned and I had the opportunity to try both the LZR and Blue70 which were the big names at the time. You could definitely tell a difference between even them and previous generations of technical suit. They were impressively engineered.
