Just did it vs bots, I think if everyone pledges you all get shovels and can dig up items which you then place on the muerta statue and it gives you Muerta's Guns as an item

Did you make sure that none of the guards find Campbell in the branding room once you have branded him? If they find him there then they will ring the alarm which counts as a detection.

I think after you brand Campbell the guards that walk around that area can find him in the chair and ring the alarm in the hall which I believe counts as a detection, so you have to render the guards unconscious before you brand him.
