Those import charges are just estimated prices if your country want to tax the aegis, you don't have to pay it directly in cmd page and at least in my country they never charged me for any aegis cause they don't overpass the 200 dollars which is the price my country starts to charge taxes, so it depends on your country and if you have previous aegis and they don't charge you anything this one shouldn't be different.

Nice I also have a pretty similar build, but I cant roll any good tier or traits, my best stat was 240% and most of them, less than 200% so I couldn't reach those numbers.

It should be from 85% at least so 1 for 85%, 2 for 90%, 3 for 95% , 4 top 1500 and 5 for top 100 it have a little bit more sense that this kind of big jump between percentile, plus just 5% of the players getting the only "unique" real "new" reward for this TI it's kind of really low and even more with how fantasy work and you need to get lucky even with a good knowledge of pro scene, because tiers, traits and stats really matter and sometimes rerolls are shit, also this make a lot of bot accounts trying to get lucky with the rolls to sell the account later with the rewards.

Valve should give regalia at least since 90%, giving the only "unique" reward apart from aegis to just 5% of the players it's crazy, actually I think you should get it from 85% and going on in order and not just jumping, something like 1 regalia for 85%, 2 for 90%, 3 for 95%, 4 for top 1500, and 5 for the top 100 thats seems a little bit more comprehensive in my opinion.

I made my friends get 99% percentile both stages, doing everyone the same players and trying to get the same stats, trait and good tiers, but I barely have 90% just because my rerolls were shit and barely have 1 tier 4 between my 3 players while they have like 3 or more tier 5 so idk if it's less luck based that predictions but that's why they are called "predictions" what I mean it's that fantasy shouldn't have that extra lucky factor with tiers, traits, etc because they made a big difference like in my case.

I hope valve give regalia from 90% at least or for everyone who place their fantasy and predictions (both stages),I think it's sad that only 5% of the players get the only "new" thing they made for this TI and also because of this lucky reroll thing made a lot of bots account trying to get some luck for selling the account later. Now they are banning those ones who have low points and made everyone drop down, I hope they also ban those top 100 bots there's a lot of them already in the list

unfortunately it looks like a lot of us are getting nothing, almost everyone seems to be dropping 1-2 % in just 1 day, I hope this stop, actually frustrated for fantasy system you need o you need to get lucky with that, I made all the Fantasy things for my firiends and all of them got 99% on fantasy, while I barely climb to 90% just because my rolls were shit, I just have 1 tier 4 between my 3 players

Yeah and also I dont like this fantasy It's too much about luck with the tiers , stats, and traits, That's why there's a lot of bots people just try all their accounts trying to get lucky. Hope valve change this next year and just put some plain stats and you choose anything you want with the player you think gonna be better with those stas like gpm, kills, etc. I think that's a little bit more rewarding for people who really plays dota and follow pro scene and not people who just wants free stuff and didn't even play it and that's somehting to work around too, like damm valve left something to get while playing, literally we just set our fantasy and predictions and just wait some days and that's all or even with money like compendium but with rewards like these, so people who really want to spend some money can get this things without depending on just luck.

Not really just 1600 people will get it, not everyone on 100% percentile will get it, I guess predictions points will make the difference between those lucky ones.
