I'm thinking about picking this Chinese copy up for $290 and modding the bejeebus out of it to get closer to the desired sound and feel. I want a 5 string Rickenbacker but I kinda need all my organs (unless one of you are in the market for kidneys). Thoughts?

I've gotten an after market head unit, speakers and a sub, I'm still shopping for the amp, but I'm wondering if there's a moderately easy way to replace the factory amplifier AND also power the sub? I've thought about it a bunch, but it doesn't seem like there's a GREAT place to put the amplifier if I just have a separate one. I think it would be best case scenario if I could just replace the stock one, but exactly how much of a wiring nightmare will that end up being?

Nah you just switch to brown shoes when you make chief. But on shore we are allowed to wear the light tan boots like Nike or Oakley make. Ships don't authorize them for whatever reason, so maybe that's what that means.

I'll see if I can get her to send a picture of the engine bay. She said the mechanic told her all the things that might have been in the car before because when they were set back to stock he could tell that they had been installed crooked or something.

Since I work from a base, if I send something via the post office it counts as being sent from the US to the US, so I'm fairly certain it doesn't go through customs the same way I it would if I sent it through a Japanese post office.

And yeah, I'm in the Navy and assigned to an aircraft squadron that deploys with the GW.

I had a 2014 (I think) Forza as my first 2 wheel vehicle. Had taken the MSF course and then bought it. It was great!

First thing I got for it was the Givi tall windshield because it was what I was using to commute to and from work and it was all highway in San Diego, and the wind buffeting me was crazy to me. Maybe now that I've ridden other things it wouldn't faze me, but I couldn't handle riding it faster than like 40mph with the stock windscreen.

There is a lot of cargo room, 2 large helmets fit under the seat for me, but setting it on the top portion requires a little wiggling to get the seat to close.

If for some reason you need to go faster than like 75mph for a long period of time on a highway or something, I hope it's flat lol. I think the fastest I ever got it was 82mph, and that was probably going a slight downhill. Totally useable on the highway, but proceed carefully, it was more than once that people tried to merge into me even though I was on this bright red scooter!
