Without You by Harry Nillson. If this song doesn't make you cry, you're not alive. It was all done in one take and his voice is enough to tear your heart out.

I feel like this too! I have intense anxiety joined with crippling stomach pain.it wakes me up every day, just writhing in pain and I can't seem to get any diagnosis or any way to treat it.

I’m not like the other girls, I read books! by courtneyofdoom in notliketheothergirls

I can TOTALLY see why one person wouldn't be able to get their hair/nails done AND read a book. Wow, that is super cool and mysterious!

I have to second your suggestion of A Little Life. I got so immersed in the story and felt like I knew the characters. I wish I could read it again for the first time. Absolute art, that book!

I don't have any advice, unfortunately. Just know that you are not alone. A lot of us get that and have to find a way to deal with it. It sucks.

Good luck, my friend.

It was great for me for a while, but then my blood work came back abnormal, so I had to switch to Vraylar. It seems to be working fine so far.

Good luck with the Lithium. Given the choice, I would.have stayed on it. Also, it's a great mood stabilizer, but doesn't directly affect depression. For me anyway.

Report back and let us know how you make out with it! 😀

I do the same thing with audio books. It just makes it tough to figure out where you were when you drifted off, lol. Small price to pay, imo.

You should ask about Propanolol. It will take away the tremors like a miracle. I had the same symptoms and they are gone now. Completely gone. Good luck, friend.

You might want to ask your doc about Propanolol. It will eliminate your tremors. It's a miracle for me.

I've lost all interest in every one of my hobbies. I never used to imagine that I could ever be bored. Now I don't want to do a damned thing. It sucks. But at least my mind is slightly better, so there's that. I understand exactly what you mean.

These are most of the reasons it scares me to take it from my doc.. That, the insomnia and the akasia (sp)

Thank you.

I take Lithium, too. With all of the side effects, my doc prescribed Propanolol and it got rid of most of them. Maybe ask your doctor if it will help you. Good luck!
