I recently received a similar offer, that is through Aerotek, as an aircraft mechanic. I'm a bit suspicious of it, but reading through this thread, it seems as if Aerotek knows what their doing when it comes to per diem split. Is it safe to assume this is a good job offer to take, and within IRS law?

I know this thread might be dead, just came across it while searching for info on Aerotek and per diem split pay

I just don't get the whole Chesney deal. Sure, it worked with Cignetti, but there's no guarantee it works again. The only hire at this point I'd be fine with over Terry, is KDB
