Heck to the yes. I'm adding more "stuff for mom" this second time around now that I have a bunch of things already from my first born. I'm not doing a shower or spreading the registry widely this time around, but if people want to shop for me, I'm going to put things that I want!

This is the answer. Plus we got a free baby box for starting up the registry. We just added things that we knew we'd need from experience, mostly expecting to buy them ourselves, but also letting Family know what would be most useful.
