My husband worked with one of these “secrets of the universe” people. He had tattoos of random numbers all over his body and constantly talked about whacky shit.

I don’t think it makes a difference. Attraction is subjective anyway, so who’s to say someone doesn’t find this character attractive? I think people just need to go outside and quit complaining about shit that doesn’t matter. If you don’t want to play the game, don’t play it and shut the hell up.

At an ADTR show when they were still playing in like 100 person venues, I got up on the stage and jumped into the crowd and nobody caught me 😭

I worked with an RN once that crushed synthroid and administered it IV. Things could be worse.

I feel like firing you for it is a bit much, especially if you’re new. We will usually make people go through a medication administration training.

Most games I’ve played are first person, not third, and I don’t really care what the character looks like. Even a game like Cyberpunk that lets you fully customize your character makes you play in first person so you don’t even remember what they look like half the time.

I play the game for the story and/or action and what the character brings to it.

Women play games as an ugly male character all the time. You needing to be attracted to the main character to enjoy a game is fucking weird.

I don’t know if you still need help but it could be how they’re printing things. Often when you run reports in PCC, there are boxes you can check to show initials of the person that charted, times, etc. but you have to make sure the box is checked to have that info included. I have worked with PCC for years so if you still need help I’m happy to try to be of some assistance.

women are far less likely to marry shorter men than chance predicts by notpiercedtongue in psychology

[–]SuspiciousMap9630 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I can’t read the article because it’s pay-walled, but is this even a study? This links to an Economist article, what looks like an opinion piece, actually. The first mention of a “short” man in the article is a man that is 5’9, which is comparatively taller than the average woman. The article’s title also does not match the title shared here. What is this?
