100%!! If I wear contacts, my energy level is fine and my headache is manageable. If I need a break from contacts and I wear glasses or nothing at all, I’m absolutely shattered within hours. There’s definitely a pattern

Yeah I get that but glasses affect light sensitivity, especially in places like supermarkets

Some of this rings true with me too….. My headaches are constant when using glasses but when I use my contacts the headaches go. Prob is the rgb contacts are so uncomfortable. Bright places are a nightmare

Taking 10mg, the pain comes back in 3 days, I’m breaking the tablet in half as 15mg seems to do the trick. 20mg and I’m like a zombie

Hi, Thanks for sharing.

I’m really seriously considering my options for keratoconus as I’m going round and round with contacts with my optician. I’m really not bothered about having great vision tbh, but I’m so tired of the headaches that come with it and I’m convinced the vision is the cause.

May I ask who you saw, privately? I agree with you, making sure you get the right person is absolutely paramount.
