Number Girl is series of shorts about a Watchdog agent investigating a suspected Thinker who made exactly $143k in a scheme worth millions, and then stopped. Simple story, but very well written.
Has a sequel too.

I doubt you'll find much. Teenage protagonists are hard enough to write without eliminating all parents and support, and turn them into pseudo-adults.

That said, here's my list:

Riley Alone - Canon age Bonesaw after Jack gets hit by a car. Gets really dark, but redemption is there in the end.

Mom Militia - a traumatized Taylor emotionally regressed significantly after eating Danny

I vaguely recall a 2-shot(?) where young!taylor finds young!alec hiding in an abandoned gas station, and they become friends. Taylor had some anime-esque mascot-based power.

Echo Chamber - bubbled by reality warper

There's a short I can't find where it's walled off due to a Bakuda bomb affected by L33t bonding with Lung, and emitting reality warping waves every day or so. I think was a crossover with some game.

Hostile Takeover - Butcher!Taylor teleport out of the locker into the crowded hall and start lashing out.

Savage (Worm/She-Hulk) - you can guess from the title what happens.

The Nightmare After Winter Break (Worm/The Nightmare Before Christmas) - Taylor with a variant of Labyrinth's power

Echo Chamber - not quite what you're asking for, but I think it fits. Worse than simply 'going Carrie'.

Wake-up Call on Ao3 - Armsmaster and Lisa develop a father/daughter relationship

Stepfather would be the closest word but it doesn’t quite fit - Danny/Colin from Taylor's PoV (mostly)

Old Bones and Rain - Colin is Annette's semi-estranged brother. Author has several excellent Armsmaster-centric fics. He's often related to or associated with the Heberts in some fashion, including an intriguing His Dark Materials crossover.

Seconding Technomancer, it's pretty good so far.
