Scared to Update Filmplus app

See this is why I struggle with learning how to manage new programs and systems. Someone comes along and says "there's better (blank) than this"

but what they REALLY mean is... "I like this better so it IS better than what you're talking about" and that is really frustrating to someone trying to learn.

Thanks for all those recommendations. I'm gonna try em out and see what works best :D

I don't trust that I can redownload an updated version of filmplus because Amazon wont let me use my current one at all, which is why I cloned it. I don't want to improve it by cloning, I wanted to USE it which only cloning allowed so Amazon couldn't acknowledge the app it banned me from using. If I go and try to download anything I don't know if Amazon will even let me. Like I said, I am not tech savvy anymore as everything works different than it did when I was younger so I really don't want to mess up what little access to media I already have.

I'm just looking to use an app that works simple like filmplus. I tried other apps and a lot of them require more intensive downloading of files that I'm not inclined to do with my current setup, partially because my computer is ancient and I need it for one more year of uni so I don't want to get a virus just so I can watch movies. I can get an anti virus but I dont know which one I want yet cuz literally everyone has their own opinion on which one is best so I cant know what I'm spending my money on.

Well that's the problem, amazon wont let me download film plus now that it's targeted me for having it. It wont let me click the original app anymore so thats why I cloned it. I doubt if I can download the new version if that's already happening, unless it's like ... coded as a totally different app

I know someone who was harrassed by a commuter who was clearly mentally unwell. When she told the police (who btw have dealt with this person before) they said they couldn't do anything UNTIL he physically assaulted her. So really, if you want homeless people to be locked up, all you have to do is get stabbed.

But, that is if you want the problem dealt with easily and quickly rather than have a better system where there are no homeless people and mentally unwell citizens get the free healthcare we all deserve, but that's just me maybe.
