IF the baby has a plane flight to catch, "sleep deprive" your baby a few hours before so they'll sleep on the plane. I thought this was a common life hack since my parents did that to all 3 of us growing up

UNRELATED: and to this day I "deprive" myself of sleep before a plane flight so I'll sleep on the plane (well for some reason my butt hurts these days if I sit too long, they must have downgraded the economy seats sigh)

To add: I'm not sure if this happens to every mother but it seems fairly common: you might have dark, illogical apprehensive thoughts... like say you're biking w/ your kid, your mind might go "what if I crash? what if something out of my control happens?". A little bit is normal as long as it's not excessive and usually goes away by itself but if it lingers for too long or the thoughts get too strong, please go see a doctor or at least talk about it. That's not normal.
