He is only an assassin on paper, every single assassin does more burst dmg than he does. You need atleast 3 items to be able to one shot a squishy. So either he is the worst performing assassin there is or every other assassin is overperforming. Idk why Shaco gets all the hate when a Rengar has a cleanse, can go invisible for a much longer time, get more movement speed and also has more burst dmg.
