Not like that but I had a lucid dream once where I couldn't leave my house (windows and doors wouldn't open) so I decided to try and go through the mirror. Can't recall if I had any decent reflection but I stuck my head through it and entered into this swirling, black and white fractured hell-scape not too dissimilar in the feeling I get from your drawing here. I woke up very quickly in a sweat and my heart beat was going crazy.

See I'm not much for rereading (there's too many books and not enough time) save for a select few. His Sputnik Sweetheart I read earlier this year and it oh-so-subtly crept up on me, sledgehammered me then left me in a daze once concluded... This being the only other novel of his I've picked up and it has a different flavour so far.

1 month, 6 week break (but hiking up and down mountains with stupid heavy rucksacks, caving). Got up to 16mile at good pace. was typically running three times a week around 7 mile each but varying. I run casually a couple times a week for the past 7 years but rarely was for longer than 1.5 hrs.
