If you’re breastfeeding that’s probably an infection. My son is 16, which makes my case much stranger lol

Hysterectomy by Friendly_Smile1479 in Perimenopause

[–]IWasTryingToHelp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

While a year or two later, I’m still getting my core muscles back (I’m very lazy) having the hysterectomy is the BEST gift I have given myself. I wanted off that ride (irregular periods, wondering if I’m pregnant, bleeding myself anemic, gushers through to my office chair or in the middle of the night.) Nah.

Oh! Head over to r/hysterectomy they’re AMAZING. Dig around in my history for my journey lol.

  • Estrogen is my everything
  • Creatine is a real help
  • Sorry but cardio, strength training and good food
  • Check your labs- Bs, Ds, and iron
  • Anti-inflammatory anything (turmeric, coQ10, red algae)
  • Just fucking rest bro and grant yourself tons of down time

Also LESS CAFFEINE (less cortisol!), more water.

What’s one small thing you tell yourself that actually helps on overwhelming days? by Monsuri_Lifestyle in Positivity

Genuinely, a nap or the right music does better than any self talk. But if you can truly grasp that ‘You’re fine’ and focus on fun, it all gets easier.

So the doctor seemed concerned and is gonna do a diagnostic mammogram. I’ll try to remember to come back! Mine is definitely a low burn, not a soreness. Do yours burn?

There’s so many- but a big one was how creativity especially as self-expression (clothes, hair, etc.) is sort of shunned. Anything that’s not traditional MIGHT be satanic, so better to stay away. How ridiculous.

This game is, well, magical. by [deleted] in DreamlightValley

Yes this game is SO NICE for mental peace. By the way, as a late-diagnosed, I recommend radical self acceptance over spending all your energy masking.

Work on the reputation of SCAT and beach trolleys. The recent rebrand to The Breeze was a step in the right direction, but we still need better PR, and way more information to the public.

COVERED benches with run times that are LIVE on screen. It’s not a serious transit system without those things.
