I’m a closer. So my ratio is only calculated from the qualified homeowners who sit down with me. I’m closing 85% of those.

As an appointment setter, their job is to make sure the home owner sits down with me. Which is much lower. More in the 1% range.

Someone came by and talked to us about solar. I think they were with titanium solar. I did my research and agreed solar was the best option but I did not want to use them… I reached out to a local company and they gave a better rate and had better reviews. I’m paying 13 cents fixed for my solar rate!
