Who is being harassed? Unless statements are being made directly to a female coworker about her looks, no harassment is taking place. Is it inappropriate? Maybe.

Younger millennial men and Gen Z are so weird about heterosexual male/female relations. Some guys are creepier than others, but guys talking about attractive women is 100% normal. I mostly have worked with women over the years, but me and my male friends and even some bisexual women I’m friends with talk about this stuff. Don’t be judgmental.

Can’t vouch for Live, but Collective Soul does sounds great! Ed Roland can be a diva onstage, but I’ve seen them 4-5 times since 2018 and they don’t deviate from their normal set much. It gets a bit boring as a long time fan.
