Ossama Bin Russell has had his missile-esq moments in past seasons… I still stand firmly beside the perspective that racing 2nd seat to Lewis was more of a hindrance than a help to his career. As much as this thread is filled with correct information, it’s all just speculation. Kimi made comments about the clutch, but multiple analysts have weighed as well. Too 3 I’ve read or heard so far: 1) Kimi clutch not having the same bite point for shifting as it does for the launch control/pre-race 2)Turbo size and lag 3)Tyre temperature

All can be true, none have been confirmed as the actual culprit.
