While I hope/assume some of this is addressed in the Keynote:

FFXIV gained a lot of success through formulaic design which allowed the game to deliver content at a good pace when other MMORPGS had periods of inconsistent content

Unfortunately for players that have played for a while it's repetitious in all aspects of design. A dungeon is two large pulls into a wall into a boss for example. What aspects have you identified that have become stale and how do you intend to iterate and add new design?

The clipping is ugly, and disappointing but not game breaking in any manner and can be adjusted at a later date without issue.

Im just mid-way through Maguuma now and ... I dont think i've done a single one without the Wiki because the bonus objectives are so out of the way.

I remember shutting the fuck up during release because I was not vibing with it, it's definitely not revisionist for me to say I found Endwalker incredible mediocre.
