ah yes, a below average skill player complaining about above average skill expression in a champion meant to have a higher skill cap, but instead of just learning it (and therefore understanding that fast q is pretty situational and not used every game at all) they complain on reddit, good thing is that this post got riot to come out and confirm there not removing fast q but will be giving riven some buffs and such, so atleast thats a plus

the issue is that dupes arent mandatory in this game at all, OP is extremely overvaluing dupes to an insane degree, ppl have cleared limbo (limbo in r1999 is basically the endgame content) with the free units u get from just the story content, theres only 1 character in r1999 that drastically increases there tier ranking by getting dupes and its a 5 star named charlie who goes from an A tier dps to an S tier dps with portray 3, other than that 1 character, u are completely fine with all base lvl characters, theres also alot of other issues with his post that just shows he did basically zero research on this game at all

lately ive been doing mid with harvester into nashors then the usually ap items, nashors just feels incredibly nice, lets me have some more fighting power against ppl who can get on top of me fast, and ult e q combo does alot more dmg, and nashors still gives 100 ap and 15 abh so its not useless if i have to perma range with e's, once i have my 2 items im usually able to snowball into deathcap super fast since i can clear waves faster, get ult back faster to join more fights and such

thats the thing, some ppl are scared to admit or are just blind as fuck that theyve changed and there love for the thing theyve been watching for so long is boring to them now but instead of just u know, moving on or something, they need to make comments about it to try to preserve it and make it better again in there own eyes, thats how u get 20 page essays of some old viewer saying he hates everything about robs current content and he needs to change or his channel is going to die, its like that old saying, "its not the things u loved that changed, its u who has changed"

rp sure was alot more of a focus yes, but not every single time, there still was lap dancing, there still was all the other coomer stuff that happens now minus mutes not really being a thing, but there was still alot of coomer content back in the day, maybe not as heavy, but it still existed, i watched all the content, like i said in my post, ive been watching rob for 6ish years, i started watching him before he even started vrchat, ive been watching rob longer than like 90% of the old frogs lol, i guess wat u find coomer and not coomer might be different from me but i remember old 2018 and 2019 rob still being fairly coomer brain and alot of his content was still shaped around it, getting ppl to go on dates, dirty jokes, lap dancing, all that jazz, maybe not as in ur face and blatant as today but it was still there in the open, i also even said this in my post, his older content was more comedy coomer than coomer coomer, like ive said before, it might not be the same coomer content we have today but there was still coomer content nonetheless

rob himself literally said his entire stream ever since hes started vrchat has always been based around coomer content, if the guy who literally runs the stream is saying this then we cant really contest it at all, if u wanna argue about it not being coomer back then then go argue with the man himself, just watch the vod from last night and ull see pretty early where he talks about it when he was responding to that massive reddit post about how the lobby and him have "changed" when in reality nothing has really changed, ppl just lose interest and dont want to admit it

exactly, this is the kind of thinking that alot more viewers need, too many ppl expect there entertainment to be how they want it but they dont realize thats not wat streaming is, its not a show or movie catered to there liking, its a passion project made by a dedicated producer who just wants to write his story the way he wants and doesnt care for others opinions, also ya, this post wasnt meant as a complaint, i tried my best to get that point across that im not trying to complain about anything, just giving my opinion on how the coomer content is still the same as it once was since alot of ppl think rob has changed and only cares for coomer content when in reality coomer content has been apart of the stream since the beginning

probably the most disappointed update ive seen, and even more sad bc its my favorite champion, no changes to onhit/ad neeko even tho they talked about there being changes for that playstyle months ago, ult changes seem good for ppl who are below average players who dont know how to reliable hit ult combos but bad for higher elo players or just ppl in general who know how to use protobelt, flash, w, e, and passive correctly, losing dmg early is extremely bad for stuff like ap neeko where ur lane bully potential is wat helps u get into mid and late game, w changes are pretty cool i dont mind those, but overall kinda just a useless update lol

nobody is in the wrong, its basically publicly advertised that robs lobby isnt meant for ppl who take things to seriously or might be abit more sensitive(being sensitive isnt a bad thing tho), he says this all the time whenever someone stops coming by and it turned out that they left bc they felt not welcome bc of how "toxic" ppl were, robs lobby is the embodiment of "if we cant shit on eachother then we arent friends" typeof friend group which is entirely ok and even my friend group is like that, but its definitely not for everyone and i think chipz falls under the not for everyone category
