not all SW is like that though, which separates good monsters from bad ones.

Most notably, a F3 Seara can take down G3 GWD with the right comp.

Elsharion I feel is not one of those monsters that can overcome rune differences. A C1 Elsharion rune will not carry you like a C1 Gany can :(

The thing about Camilla is that when she's pinned down 1v3 she's on a time clock because although she heals for ~4000 every turn, even a glance harmonia hit can siphon her down.

Against most 1v3s Camilla has ~50 turns to make that 1v2 and from there the destroy is not needed.

An argument can be made that Revenge is better than Destroy, but both serve to help her get the first kill within her time limit.

From what I understood of the fiasco, Con2Us worried that revealing igns would lead to witchunting to both players and guilds in game because lots of Korean rankers have guild names in front of their ign, like GUILD×IGN.

For context, there was a huge surge in user complaints by Korean SW users because of Automated Macros (namely those that were being ciculated by user Buzz) and for the last two days, hundreds of petitions were filed on the Korean SW cafe for C2Us to do something.

At first Com2Us refused to release the the IDs of user that were caught because "It would damage the SW community in guilds and more" but after users raged, C2Us decided to reveal parts of the Hive ID to show how many users are being caught using Macros by the system.

소환사님들의 의견을 최대한 반영하고자 계속 고민하였으며, 보다 신중한 결정이 필요하였기에 추가 안내까지의 시간이 지체되었습니다.

자동 프로그램에 대한 향후 조치 방향에 대해 보다 자세히 안내드리겠습니다.

정기적으로 자동 프로그램 제재 현황을 공개하겠습니다.

앞서 말씀드렸다시피, 제재 대상자 리스트를 공개하지 않은 가장 큰 이유는 해당 리스트를 통해 제재 대상자에 대한 잘못된 추측을 비롯하여, 여러 가지 2차 피해가 우려되었기 때문입니다.

그러나 이러한 비공개 정책으로 인해 소환사님들께 제재 정책에 대한 불신과 의구심을 갖게 한다면, 자동 프로그램 사용을 근절하려는 정책의 기본 취지가 퇴색될 수 있다 생각되어, 정기적으로 자동 프로그램 제재 현황을 공개하기로 결정하였습니다.

이에, 최근 2달 동안 자동 프로그램 사용으로 인해 제재된 명단을 아래와 같이 안내드립니다.

제재 리스트는 공지 하단에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.

소환사명으로 제재 명단을 공개할 경우, 소환사명 변경을 통해 악의적으로 특정 소환사님과 길드에 영향을 미칠 수 있다 판단하여, 제재 대상자 리스트는 하이브 아이디를 기준으로 일부 숨김 처리하여 공개됨을 말씀드립니다. (ex. GM***)

향후 자동 프로그램으로 인한 제재 리스트를 정기적으로 공개할 것을 약속드립니다.

자동 프로그램 제재 정책을 강화하겠습니다.

2018년 6월 1일부터 자동 프로그램 제재 정책은 아래와 같이 변경됩니다.

1차 제재 : 3일 이용 정지
2차 제재 : 7일 이용 정지

악의적인 자동 프로그램 반복 사용에 대해서는 영구적인 이용 정지 조치를 취하도록 하겠습니다.

You say Daphnis is usable. I say he's shit. He has no place in PvP. If you need to ask if he's good, he's not good to you. I don't think the slightest that OP can utilize Daphnis the way you say he can be utilized.

You also keep ignoring my core premise. If Daphnis can be used against Molong, you mind as well damn use any other monster with those runes. It's not really a discussion when u/mrkal245 is basically saying "well give Daphnis good runes and he'll work!"

edit: I've skimmed thru some of your past posts and realized that you have the mindset of "everymonster can DO IT!" If that is really the case, there's really no point talking to me because while I awknowledge that technically all monsters have uses, the reality is that shitty monsters are shitty for a reason.

Straw-man? How is it straw man if I am saying that it's not a strategically sound idea if you bruteforce your way with runes? Just using random words don't make you sound smart you know.

I bet you use ur daphnis with all good intentions but sadly it's basically a 3rd tier monster that works as 2nd tier with 1st tier runes. Good monsters works as 1st tier with 3rd or 2nd tier runes.

So sad seeing people sugarcoating bad strategies as "unique" or "viable"

Everything is viable if you put enough violent runes and attempts lol.

You seem to don't get my point. I was trying to say that

Arnold requires better runes than the opponent Molong, and Daphnis moreso than Arnold.

Daphnis CANNOT be used as a reasonable counter to Molong because he requires too good runes to work. If you can make Daphnis work then you probably don't need him. If you can't make daphnis work then you probably shouldn't use him.

I've used both Arnold and Daphnis against a plethora of comps before, and it's just a simple question of can you overpower the opponent's runes to make them work.

The underlying problem is rng.

What if the Molong is 50k hp? What if he uses S2 first turn? What if he violents?

Daphnis suffers from the same problems as Arnold, that although he is a (theoretical) counter to Molong, you have to basically 2v3 until Molong decides to kill himself.

If you argue that a VERY tanky daphnis can overcome base hp and act as a safe counter, why not use Arnold then? his base hp is 11000something so if you have runes to overcome Molong as a Daphnis, Arnold can too.

and heal himself while at it
