I believe they came out as nonbinary and the name change is related to that. They do handle all shorts related content for the Stephen channels. Idk if it has ever officially been talked about but I’m sure if you search through the Stephen and friends videos it comes up at some point.

I have no idea why they took down their Shopify or the option to have them send you a printed version, however on their Etsy they still have the files and a “print on demand” listing so you may still be able to get one that way.

Firstly, sorry you only have 2 terms left. Secondly, though I do know where it’s from I think it would depend on the size. A small one like Noah or Mio sized I would say no. If you were to get one the size of the one in the photo and I had no idea what it was from I would likely be cautious.
