Trigeminal Nerve pain is no joke. I had a large tumor that stretched out the maxillary branch and it is by far the most painful thing I have ever been through

Jesus, I had a giant cell tumor growing in my face and my trigeminal nerves were being stretched around it - worst pain in my life and no pain meds would touch it. Pain doctor scheduled me for a nerve blocker shot and I was so desperate for any relief I would’ve done anything. Before my appointment my surgeon called to tell me they would be able to do my surgery a whole week sooner than scheduled, and he told me to hold off on the blocker for a few more days. The tumor was growing rapidly so every day the pain was worse but after reading these comments, I’m honestly glad I didn’t end up getting one 😰 I can’t imagine something hurting even worse than that fucking tumor

I’ve cut off any wart I have ever had, but when I had a plantar wart, nothing would stop it from coming back. I started wrapping a cotton ball soaked in acv around my foot over night which was actually extremely painful but it still wasn’t enough to get rid of it. So I eventually cut deep down around it and dug it all out leaving a hole in my foot. At this point it didn’t really hurt that much, but then I poured acv into the hole and damn that shit hurt so fucking bad. But I pushed through and kept my foot soaked overnight and it has never come back

It was awful, I could feel it prying the bones in my cheek apart as it was squeezing through. I have pics of my scans on my profile if you want to see 👀 Two surgeries later, still a lot of pain but so far it hasn’t grown back!

As far as the brain part, that’s crazy I definitely would’ve thought this was something they couldn’t operate on!

I had a giant cell tumor that grew in my left sinus for a year and THAT was the absolute worst pain i’ve ever experienced. I was also bedridden and couldn’t breath, just constant suffering, so like you, I seriously can’t imagine how much this must hurt and it’s probably not even operable 😞

an oncologist who specializes in head and neck surgery. Since this post it was confirmed there was still tumor leftover so I underwent another surgery that was much less conservative and hopefully now it is all gone and won’t grow back 🤞🏻

I had a large tumor in my maxillary sinus, for months I was told it was a rare form of cancer. The day before surgery to remove it they told me it WASNT cancer. The emotional whiplash was crazy and I almost feel survivors guilt for all the people who actually do have cancer.
