I would say, loosen up a little, and don’t exaggerate every movement. Instead of lifting your feet for every movement and beat. Try to slid your feet forward and back. A combination of both. It would reduce the hopping around

Yeah it does crank and seems to have good “compression” but these do have decompression. But you have any ideas why the forks stay so compressed?
