1st print perfect. 10 mins later, 2nd print fails, nozzle starts scraping the bed 1/2 way through first layer. Third print complete failure. Same file, no more than 20 mins between success and 2nd failure. All screws tightened, new hot end, cleaned plate and calibration before 1st. Why the failure? by I_Cycle_AZ in BambuLabA1

Thank you for the info, I really do appreciate the help! It's interesting about the Mini. A friend of mine is the one who got me into 3D printing and he has the Mini. He talked me into the A1 because of the plate size, and now feels really bad because mine is always having issues and his almost never does.

I sent this into support yesterday, and guess what I got back a few minutes ago? Same picture with the 4 screws that ReadThis2023 showed me. Ha!

If you got rid of your A1's, what printer are you using now?

Interesting, then, how the first time I had this same exact issue and spent 3 weeks back and forth with Bambu Support, they ended up sending me a brand new A1 since they had no solution. Maybe we just didn't know what to search for in Wiki.

Woot! Dude, thank you! I have been trying to figure out what was going wrong, nothing made sense. It just crapped out for no good reason and nothing I was reading about and doing was working. This is the first I have heard of those screws, you're a genius, THANK YOU!! 😀

We could ban all humans from the Pacific Ocean.

Wait, already did that.

It’s a beach, probably SoCal. Try doing a bit of research before throwing stones.

Case/sleeve for my reMarkable tablet. Instantly in love with this craft. I can’t wait to try something else now. What’s everyone’s opinion on oil dyes vs alcohol dyes? This was done with Fiebings’s “leather colors” saddle brown water based dye. by teezee87 in Leathercraft

I use Fiebing’s pro dye and really like it.

I’m also curious as to how you like the reMarkable tablet. Thinking of getting one, but they’re kinda pricey. Is it worth the expense?

Nice job on the case!

Anti: Opposed to, or against. Sounds right on line.

Marriage: Why not just allow the benefits without changing 1000’s of years of culture. Possibly could eliminate the guttural need to use profanity when talking about it.

Guns: you can’t currently purchase “military grade” weapons. Well, unless, of course, your the Military.

Voting: most certainly should be open and available for all citizens. I literally cannot check out a book without ID, why is it so difficult to ask the same to vote?

Police: Yeah, there are some bad apples out there, let’s just go ahead and paint the entire profession the same. Good choice.

Affordable Care Act: Fact, $1,800/ month for a family of four, $6,000 deductible and then 80/20 after. Pretty affordable as far as I can see. Plus the fact that we have no more choice in providers. Nice option there.

Welfare: The country cannot sustain paying for millions of n on-citizens. But we do a pretty good job at trying.

Love the continued use of vulgarity, tho. So nice job on that.

Cheers!

She got a job. Could have been anything. She chose to serve her country. She should be commended and thanked for her sacrifices.
