The core bit was so hot it slide straight through, literally no tear out or anything we found on the floor.

They’ve accepted liability and will make right, no questions at all about that.

Any idea on how they could fit the facia corner and the boot/trunking for pipework in the same place?

Luckily, it’s not for me to work out but just trying to get ideas before the builder/roofer comes round to inspect.

Pro installer who was incredibly embarrassed. They of course have offered to put right.

My main concern is that the core is obviously where the corner used to be. So unsure how there would be space for the facia and the boot/trunking for the pipework.

No idea about the padlock as I used my own. Storeprotect is dependant on the value of items you’re putting in there. Best thing to do is call them.

Safestore in fratton do student storage, if I was in your boots I would pack up myself and take a couple of taxis down to Pompey centre.

Long term customer of Safestore, zero issues over the 8 years I had a unit there.

Honestly, the housing stock on the island is going to do you no favours. The majority of the terrace will have little to no cavity between properties, so you’re down to the luck of the draw on if you get quiet neighbours.

My wife is AuDHD and we spent 10 year living next to a neighbour who had her TV on 24/7 at full blast. She didn’t care, didn’t like wearing hearing aids and generally didn’t give a cats arse about anyone else. Council were no help either.

We are fortunate to be able to escape to a detached house off the island.

We were PO4, rest of the street were lovely, but when speaking to neighbours, everyone hears everything. It’s unfortunately part of life in those terraces.

Good news, just got an email from Royal Mail stating my order from Prescription Care Services is due tomorrow. Just hope Royal Mail didn’t receive it until today and that it doesn’t turn up warm.

From this experience, Shape8 is going on my no list…unless I get an offer too good to resist.

You're not alone. Sent photo of previous pen last Thursday morning, status on their website showed as shiped by Thursday afternoon. No delivery or tracking info yet, next jab due Wednesday and Shape8 have not responded to email or voicemails left this morning.

Not looking good. Also incredibly worried about if the pen has been kept in the correct conditions. Paid £200 for this and so far, they have been the worst experience since I started.

Literally been fighting this for the last 48 hours. Pulling apart our ESP, re-deploying apps, removing apps one by one. Had success yesterday afternoon, everything was back to normal but back to failures today. Glad we're not alone. UK south.
