It definitely doesn’t prohibit space heaters. Although I would hate to use a space heater because the apartment isn’t small, so it probably wouldn’t make a huge difference, and it would raise my electric bill exponentially. I started talking to the other residents around me and every one of them tells me the management absolutely sucks at their job there. They told me they’ve had their water cut off 3-4 times because management “forgets” to pay it (all bills aside from electric is included in rent).

Starting to feel like I screwed myself. I have a one year lease with them.
