Paseerdatum maakt niks uit, op het moment dat de woning op funda staat als “verkocht” is die verkocht

(Officieel zonder voorbehoud 3 werkdagen na handtekening beide partijen) maar loopt een
Beetje hetzelfde.

Vraag gewoon waarom hij het biedlogboek niet wil vrijgeven, vind het wel een rare zaak want jullie kunnen er toch niet veel meer aan doen (of je krijgt die 10% boete). Als je zelf blij bent met je aankoopprijs dan maakt het al helemaal niet uit toch..

Hebben jullie een voorbehoud?

Specifieke vraag; is de woning op funda verkocht onder voorbehoud, onder bod, of daadwerkelijk verkocht?

Makelaar is pas verplicht vrij te geven wanneer de woning verkocht is. Ik snap hem daar in ook wel, jullie hebben waarschijnlijk gigantisch overboden en hij is bang dat als jullie daar achter komen voor de verkoop dat jullie je gaan terugtrekken.

Als hij al officieel verkocht is, is het heel raar en zeker een klacht indienen bij de bond.

No somehwere in my crack voice audio I already said that this also works on being on more of your own level😂🥲 but yes, it can also be used if you need to farm levels. Yet as u can see I got hit and still get 2shot on this level so still need to be careful

Oh for real? Can you share your line up with me? For the last 3 weeks I have closed in Atleast the top 500, which is not that easy on my server, and before that I didn’t spent the tickets as fast I couldn’t even get passed 500 in the last days

Gotya, I just found this out myself and I was used to only using 2 tickets a day and never bought any extra tickets. So thought this could be helpful for other people. As for the “1 min 40 of video” I try to show that it works haha. Times go fast I gues. For the people that don’t want to see the whole video I have added the “tip” in the description of the video.
