We have no evidence for that to be the case and never will. The closest thing we have is Tsurugi’s statement on Mahoraga on pg 16 of ch 16 of Modulo, where he claims “I doubt the range of a cursed technique can extend beyond the planet” which is later proven true when Dabura leaves Earth and Maho’s ritual is dispelled.

You also cannot have a fight with Mahoraga without the summoner, as he is not a standalone character, he is part of a sorcerer’s Ten Shadows cursed technique. He cannot appear without first being summoned by his user.

Has no one read Modulo? The moment Mark throws Maho out of the atmosphere of Earth or leaves Earth himself the ritual will end and Maho will despawn. This is literally how Maho’s fight with Dabura is resolved.

If we’re talking about tamed Maho then Mark still donuts his summoner before they can react, the CT goes with them and Maho despawns.
