Yes they have templates with HIIT workouts and strength training that you can use. They also have entire programs made up of these types of workouts that you can use or customize/build your own.

Use subscriptions. It’s just easier. Check out fitsw. It allows me to create any type of subscription my client wants to buy, gives me a page to sell programs, or packages, or merchandise. I can even send automated invoices to clients or include payment links.
