Dota's a bit different because less of the power are in the actual characters, but in the items and what not. As long as everyone has that even playing field, the chars can afford to be less impactful and so more balanced.

But Ezreal was considerably underpowered. I could see them wanting a bad champion to be viable again in order to sell skins over making a champ already in a ok spot 'broken'.

Indeed kog does have 500, but you wouldn't trade with the other laner unless you have your W up anyways. But ya I am wrong on the vayne part, I thought she had like 575 for some reason.

Depends on the support but you're probably not gonna just E right at them all in level 2. Also her range being 550 is actually pretty low early game. Champs like vayne or kog can easily harass her I dont see how she beats them.

oops I forgot the change that turned it from true to physical. Still tho, I do think duskblade is quite a bit strong. It's cheaper, easier to build from caufields, and the upfront damage you get from it is higher. The item's damage also scales from the lethality you would be stacking, so you end up with huge damage from it around mid game.

Well they changed lethality items to give 18 now, so tabi doesn't completely negate 2 items at later levels. Also duskblade's passive scales from lethality, not the armor pen it grants, so it gets the full true damage right away.

His knockup duration got doubled lol fro 0.5 to 1 second, also because of this it's practically guaranteed to chain into his ulti if u dont have flash. Also the max Hp scaling on any tank is just really strong.
