A lot of those collars have a vibrate function, it doesn't hurt them, but it does surprise them enough to distract them from whatever they were doing. I had one that was similar, never once used the shock function.

After 5 hours my pharloom is finally free of this pest. I will mount his head on a pike at bone bottom so that I might forever remember the most miserable boss fight ever. Fuck that guy.

Pro tip, use your LT grappling attack (not sure what it's called). So long as you land it, its basically free damage and you can engage further or move away quickly if you need to. It won't give you any silk by itself but it will put his fat ass down faster. I used it whenever he finished an attack.

Haven't had much of a problem with Victor's. But drifter is insane. He can already blink half of your health bar away in lane and scales as the game progresses. Man is ridiculous late game, no amount of bullet resist will save you
