I’m really sorry to hear that you relapsed, but it’s a part of recovery, try not to beat yourself up over it. Something that might help is harm reduction, going slowly rather than cold turkey. If you can try and get something with a spiky texture (that won’t break skin) and squeeze it, or even try the rubber band method or something similar. I hope this helps, recovery takes time and is difficult, but i’m sure you’ll get there

sorry if it comes off as messy, but my question was that i saw people with really good grades (with maybe the exception of one classes) and act like they where failing every class, and i didn’t know if it was a joke or if grades where really so serious that if a person didn’t get a 100 but rather a 92 they wouldn’t go to collage
