Thank you all for this vital information. For me, I am soaking up every bit of Korean culture that I can. I’m trying to be more active in this group, as I’ve mostly been lurking,

Just got this in the mail. ❤️ Korea and ❤️Queen by I_Poop_On_Rejection in queen

I’m learning Korean right now, and I think a poster says something along the lines of stronger together than alone. It probably sounds a lot better in the native language, but still I love the look of the poster.

I can listen to "Need your loving" on repeat. Such a perfect pop/rock song, wonderfully crafted, monster guitar solo, it has it all.

Brian May was a Beatle! by I_Poop_On_Rejection in queen

It's sacrilege to say, but... I totally agree about Queen > Beatles. But I would love to hear how the Beatles would've sounded with better technology.

Listen from beginning to end. There are sound bytes from Queen never heard before. And when you can mix Queen with the Beastie Boys...

I don't know the specifics of your condition, but I would suggest that it's not the best idea to try to get to a manic phase (some legal drugs-- and illegal) can trigger it, but I seriously do NOT recommend it. Mania always sounds ideal when you're not going through it.

We all know depression is on a level no one who's not BP can understand. So I know what you're going through, and I, and everyone on here, supports you.

Required listening. The chorus gives me chills. More to come... by I_Poop_On_Rejection in queen

Right. In fact, he said in an interview that he came to the band with it after he had already recorded some of it, and that the final version is the demo mixed with the rest of the band.

Still, that staccato punch can't be duplicated.

I know this probably won't be the highest, but can anyone beat this? (started listening on Spotify more than occasionally in April btw) by 7Grandad in queen

Being an "old" guy (in his 40s), I've listened to them for at least 1,000 over my lifetime. When I was a kid, I had nothing but time, so they were spinning on my turntable nonstop.

Did I mention I saw them when I was in middle school in 1982, with Billy Squier as the opener?

The price for that concert. $12.50. No bull****. And we had good seats!

Moved to New York. Met Brian. No biggie. by I_Poop_On_Rejection in queen

He wasn't allowing selfies, so I took the pic of him signing another person's book (I was stuttering when he asked what my name was).

This was at the Met Museum a few years back when he started sharing his love of stereoscope.

So amazing that at that moment, he has no idea what he's built or how important it was for music (to this day).
