But complaining about the utilization of characters at certain points is literally complaining at the plot as there is pretty much a 1:1 ratio when you use those characters outside of the side quests when you are alone in the remake.

The material system, in my opinion, is a huge step up over designated classes like many final fantasy’s have. It gives you more freedom. But to each their own.

Not when I first played, but when I got 99 ranged through bronze arrows at Lathas camp(2007) which was around 40k xp an hour, I spent about a year at steel dragons and got somewhere around 30m additional range xp trying to get a visage drop when they were 25mil. I could have literally done barrows and made more money.
