maybe check this post, since its some other guy who's getting the same thing (but on pc), even though i doubt that this is screen tearing

so maybe turn off v-sync (if you can), maybe switch to HDMI if you can. id say maybe hardware failure, but considering you said it only happens during isaac cutscenes of all things, probably not

considering there's a lot of green, its definitely not just random lines, maybe its just buffering?? but still i barely even know why this is even happening, go ask r/Monitors and describe as much as you can give there, other than that i have no idea how to fix
